Stereo System: IRV33 Technologies
Stereo System, IRV33. Had anyone tried to deal with a warranty issue? CD is running, no sound, "TRIED EVERYTHING!". All else works. Tks, D

Call Todd Eash at Patrick Industries (sounds like Esh) at (574) 293-1521 and describe your problem to him. He will send you a new unit with a return shipping label for your bad unit. You will need to give him a credit card in case you never return your old unit, but he will not put a hold on the funds -- he will simply keep the number just in case. The iRV 33 is super easy to swap out.
Patrick Industries is a dream to work with. You will have your new iRV 33 within a few days and have it swapped out within 20 minutes of that.

Thank You, Bruce !! My new best friend!!! I will do as you explained and the DVD is now making a chattering noise...... I simply could not find anything - using my smart phone access to the web. I found Patrick but in using the 'contacts' it would only give me a trucking image.... Best, Doyle

You won't get better customer service as with them. Five minute phone call, and we had our replacement in 3 days. Patrick Industries and Progressive Industries (surge protectors)- these guys are what good service is all about!
