Still deciding whether to keep her or not....
Needing assistance on how to check all the water business on my unit? Water how here at the house or??
No idea when anything was run or flushed thru last.
Also, I found my clean water storage tank under the bed, the sewer and I guess "holding" tank under a bay.
Under the kitchen sink is a smallish tank looking thing I am unsure of and also out in the same bay as the other tanks is this:
(the canister thing on the far right of the photo)
I am still unaware as to whether I have a hot water tank.

I'll guess: canister on right is your fresh water pump to pump throughout the coach. Big black tube with valve is sewer. Looks like to the left is a smaller tube with smaller valve that's feeding into the bigger tube. I'll guess this is your "grey" tank and it dumps into the sewer tube. The white background with wires into the bottom, I'll guess is where your hot water tank resides. Those are my guesses; hope it helps.

I would suggest you find someone who has had an RV, and get them to look at your new acquisition and answer your questions as you walk around it. Could be a friend, nephew, neighbor, anybody. Due to the type of questions you have I would assume that you've never been around any kind of RV. They can appear to be a "black box" to the uninitiated.
To find the water heater, walk around the outside and find the access door. It will be a louvered door above the storage compartments and is usually held on by a simple latch that you twist to open.
For the comfort heater, you will be looking for an exhaust where hot air and fumes will exit the side of the coach. It will also be above the storage door level and is usually a metal outlet several inches in diameter.
For the picture you posted, there are two valves. The larger one is the black tank drain which allows for unimpeded flow of paper and solids it must handle. If you follow the plumbing away from that valve you will find the black holding tank. Likewise, for the smaller valve which is your grey water drain, if you follow the plumbing upstream you will find the grey holding tank.
The object to the right is a Shur-flo diaphragm pump which is the heart of your freshwater system on the RV. One of the lines that feed it will go back to your fresh water holding tank, and the other line will go to feed your faucets, stool, shower, etc.
There will be a couple of switches somewhere in the RV that operates this pump. There is usually one in the bathroom, and one in the kitchen area. I wouldn't worry about how long it's been since used. You can always sanitize your fresh water tank and lines by filling with some chlorox in the water at a ratio of about 1 cup to 15 gallons. After soaking for a couple of hours, you can drain it out, refill the fresh water tank and it will be good to go!
Hope this helped you out some...... If you have any more specific questions, please ask.... and the pictures surely make it easier to answer those questions!

How'd ya figure? Tehehehe!
And I have basically no one. The neighbor lady has only said a dozen times "she'll need to look at the schematics...." but still has not bothered to assist or aide. I even offered to BUY her the stove/oven she needs for her tiny baking business to work better to no avail.
I am actually tempted to drive it to a nearby RV park and literally ask if anyone wants to earn a few bucks if they can show me what else I am going to have to do (besides the obvious of the rest of the brakes and new tires) so that I can figure out what I can do myself versus what I can't in order to calculate costs. Only then can I truly know if I should unhappily give up and know I'd never realized my desire (not dream necessarily) of owning an RV.

If your neighbor lady thinks she has to "look at the schematics" to answer the type of questions you have, she wouldn't be able to do you any good anyway.
Your idea of going to an RV park and asking for help has some merit. Don't offer any money though! RV'ers all love to show off their knowledge, and can't wait to help others who might benefit from their knowledge!
If you post pictures of the sides of your RV, we can then tell you where your hot water heater and furnace are located, at a minimum!

The top picture shows the refrigerator (top door with 3 louvers in it), and what I would guess is the furnace below it. I've never had a furnace with that kind of door on it, but that would be my guess.
The 2nd picture shows what I think is the door to your HW heater. If you open the doors, what's behind them?
The 3rd picture: the valves are likely used to bypass the HW heater. The 2 lines that disappear into the back wall likely screw into the HW heater. Does the location of the outside door I identified as belonging to the HW heater coincide with where the 2 gray lines disappear on the right third of picture 3 (just to the right of the three valves)? The position of the 3 valves shown are all "open", allowing free flow of water through the HW heater.

Big Oil Guy has identified the appliances correctly. The only correction is on the valves by the water heater. The way it is set right now you will have lukewarm water only. The valve on the vertical pipe needs to be closed to allow cold water into the hot water heater and hot water out. With all three open the cold water will also mix with the hot water. In order to winterize you close the two valves on the horizontal pipe and open the valve on the vertical pipe to bypass the water heater.

I may have a burned down, flooded unit after last night!!
I got the propane tank door open finally and was spraying at it with soapy water, realized I needed to just buy a garden hose and then blew it off to play with other stuff.
After a second break, I came out to find the entire unit REEKING of propane (MUCH more inside than out if that says anything)
I don't know if out is open and in is closed or what but the handle was unscrewed and I had screwed it back in.
It reads only a smidge above 5.
I immediately looked all over the stove, the fridge was not on, much less set to propane so I'm guessing I have a leak.
