Storage in or near Las Vegas/NV
Good evening,
we want to store in mid-May our RV and car in or near Las Vegas/NV.
Does anyone know a good storage? Indoor or Outdoor?
Thanks.
Walter

An hour away there is Pahrump, NV which may be cheaper than Las Vegas.

Hi Jarvis,
many thanks.
Yes, definitely it is cheaper outside of Las Vegas. But we have to go from storage to the airport because we fly from there back to Germany. And taxi or rental car costs money too. Do you know a good storage in Puhramp? Perhaps there is a shuttle service
And the next question is: it is for the period from mid-May to mid-August better inside or outside? It is determined hot this time of year.
Thanks.
Walter

The Thousand Trails CG may offer storage.

Oasis RV Resort in Vegas (corner of Blue Diamond & Las Vegas Blvd) offers RV storage and even double pull through storage spaces for big rigs with large trailers. They have excellent security and reasonable storage rates.

Are you retired military? Nellis RV storage is based on your rank and is extremely inexpensive.

Good morning,
we want to storage from mid-May to mid-August in or near Las Vegas our RV and car. what experiences did you do during storage in or near Las Vegas? it is not too hot? Suffers the RV under the heat? What to consider? Should choose a covered storage, or better a indoor storage?
As you know, we are from Germany and there we do not know that hot temperatures for times as long.
Thanks.
Walter

We lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years. We have had 3 motor homes. The heat and fine silt dust will destroy your MH in ways you never thought possible. Although it may be expensive and depending on your rig, I would only consider indoor places. As a last resort, just covered. We have been gone for a couple years so we have no idea who does indoor.
