I park my motorhome in the driveway. Usually I put it at the side but after our last trip I left it in the middle of the driveway for a few days.
The sun reflecting off the windows caused some damage. Looks like bubbling of the finish. The plastic vent cover in this photo is actually melted.
Any thought? Fixes?

A few days in the sun should not have caused that damage. The vent looks more like the sun was locally intensified by something.

Ive had siding on my house get deformed from the sun shinning on a window and reflected onto the siding. Also had the carpet in the rear of a hatchback melt from the sun shinning thru the rear glass. It's a giant magnifying glass when the sun hits the glass window at just the right angle.
Wow, that is tough. We have windows in our AZ home that reflect the sun so much that the artificial turf has melt lines in it from the intensity/magnifying glass effect. Bummer that it happened so fast for you. Unsure about a quick fix, short of sanding and painting, but as a local fiberglass autobody shop and see what they say.
Best of luck,
I can't see the sun doing that this time of year in Massachusetts reflecting off a flat window. The sun is getting really low, it has so much more atmosphere to go through it's having a hard time getting to 60 here. That means a lot less energy to reflect onto a colder surface. It would have gotten far hotter 3 months ago parked in the normal place with the sun overhead for a lot more hours a day. Stand where it was parked, move around and see if you feel any real hot spots that burn you almost instantly.

what makes you think the sun reflected off a window? Thats quite a bit of deformation for a few days of sun.

The carpet melting thru the rear hatchback window on my car was done in hrs. Car was parked at work. Assuming 8 hrs and discounting the time for the sun to move across the sky, I’d say a good hr or 2 is plenty of time for damage. Of course everything has to be just right. I’m Not the 1st this has happened too.
I worked at a major windows manufacturer. This happens more often than people think.
The windows become concave for a variety of issues and the anti-IR coating is reflective. The window basically becomes a mirror.
The reflections from windows i had installed in my last house burned the grass in stripes. You could not stand there for more than 15 seconds or so. You could actually see the concavity of windows panes.
