Super C deeded lots
Anyone know of deeded RV lots at nice resorts for Super C’s?

Happy Trails in Surprise, AZ has deeded lots. All are privately owned, but in mid February there were 59 of the 2001 lots for sale. It is an HOA.

To clarify, looking to purchase an RV lot at a resort that allows Super C’s.
Interested in west- Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, maybe Florida or Texas.

Salt Springs Resort
I used to own a deeded lot in Salt Springs resort, ocala FL area, no problem at all for super C, really nice spot

Sunscape RV resort in Casa Grande, Az you buy into the co-op and "own" your lot. Suoer C's are allowed
