I don't know if this goes here. We hear so much about bad dealers and service departments that maybe there is a space for good experiences.
I recently purchased a used motorhome from E-Bay. The coach did not sell so I called the dealer and we did a deal.
We made an appointment to pick the unit up. That day the Mesa,Az. had a serious weather front move in. The dealer had washed and waxed the unit for pickup.
We got in after five p.m. and they stayed to let us in the park so we could spend the night. Frank gave us a very thourough overview on interior functions.
The next morning they were back bright and early and spent three hours going over every function on the unit. They even found the old mask and repaired snaps that were broken. They included a brand new water hose, new sewer hose, a full tank of diesel and filled the LP tank. Walked me through everything needed to get done. Showed us the flaws and things that were marginal and would need repair. The coach is a 1999 and things do wear out. They were up front with everything. Even replaced a missing fuel cap. Shampooed the carpet twice!
Then took all my cell calls about ringing chimes, how do I? , type calls.
Super guys. Frank and Ryan at Totom RV Sales and Service in Mesa, Arizona.
Chet
