What tank is that? It's for sure not an RV water heater.
That is useful for those not mechanically-inclined, but it left out several steps IMO, some of which are pointed out in the comments. I had to mute the "music", I never did like head-banger stuff.

I’ve seen a few threads of guys trying to repair a busted flange fitting on there holding tanks. Last one was the fitting from the fresh water tank. This makes it do able with no other access. Far as the music, I love the mute button.
