Temporary RV Storage MO or AR /Travel ideas

We live in northern MN and wish to move our MH (38' DSDP) south (below the historic snow line) sometime in mid October. We would then pick it up in mid January for a 8 week tour of the SE (New Orleans, the MS and AL Gulf Coast to St. Augustine FL up to Savannah GA, Charleston SC etc.).

Questions are:

1. Does anyone out there know of, or have experience with, storage facilities (preferably indoor) in southern MO or Northern AR, or somewhere in that region?

2. Any thoughts, recommendations on our itinerary?

As usual all input is greatly appreciated. This is a great forum!
