Tendencies I've Noted

This doesn't pertain to this forum exclusively, but RVer's in general. I've noticed:

1. They think that the smallest vehicle can tow the largest trailer.
2. They think an appropriate toad can be as large a vehicle as possible.
3. They think you can full time in an 17' trailer.

The first is probably the fault of the car/truck manufacturers. Not sure about the last two.

Other tendencies people have noticed?

I have noticed in some Motor Homes that as long as you can see between the steering wheel and the dash, you can drive it.

That would be a variation of one I didn't think if. The first RV is a very large RV.

I've noticed that most people who hang on forums are notorious for going above and beyond with maintenance. Digging deep and finding exactly what spec filter/fluid, best practice, and intervals on everything! Seems to be especially true with RV folks I'm one of them!

The tendency I notice the most is the tendency to claim they want the best of something but at the end of the day they nearly always buy the cheapest.

Gary, now the Walton family is going to be after you now for revealing the secret of their success.

I've never understood why people like to add a "G" to Cummins.

I understand; Cummings is the more common name.

And maybe they liked watching "Love that Bob".
