Texas to host 75,000 refugees

Just some info: 9-2-05
Texas State Govt. has announced that although the Astrodome is now full, additional shelters will be opened in other cities. Dallas 25,000 people; San Antonio 25,000 people, some shelters there have been open since Monday; plus other areas such as Huntsville and the other staduim in Houston. Governor has declaired a State Emergency for Texas in order to free up state funds, State EOC is in full operation to coordinate the relief effort. We have hurricanes also and know the need.
