
last August 5th (2005), I ordered a
"Banks Trans-Command" for my coach. No one
(major dealers or repair shops) in my area wanted to install the modification.

To make a long story short,and
THANKS TO THE MEMBERSof
IRV2, I found out I had the wrong unit. (Received a E4OD and needed a 4R100), a quick call to Banks confirmed the error.

Now, 10 months later I call CW Customer Service and explain the situation. The Rep was very helpfull and with the OK of a Supervisor, They are sending the correct model and will credit my account on return of the other. Which, insidentally, is still in the original box with the invoice, etc..

It is very nice to have a good comment on a major store.
