The Profit

Have you been watching the TV show "The Profit"?

I believe this is the same Marcus that owns Camping World, etc.
If so, it is no wonder he does not have time to make sure
proper service is being done on RV's.
He is way too busy being a movie star.

Yes, good copycat of the Shark Tank premise...

but honestly, I've had good service out of our local Camping World and WISH they were a certified dealer for my rv type, then I could bring my rv to them rather than two blocks down the road where they have a sign on the svc writer door:
Drop it off today and we can look at it in 6 weeks !!!!

also, their stores have things I would have to search for elsewhere...
so guess I'm on the other side of the fence...

IN the case of CW, many will let you roam that side of the fence all to yourself. Their shoddy work at the majority of their stores speaks volumns of their credibility.

In answer to the original question, yes, it is the same guy. On a few of the shows they flash his name and title under him during the show. "CEO Camping World"

Oh, and I thought the same thing when I made the connection after watching a few episodes of the show.
"How is this guy running CW while he's buying/running all of these other companies"?

Majority of their stores? Oh please!!

Do you even know how many CW stores there are? I'll let you go add them up.

I've been to many CW's in our travels for service and shopping and most, not all, have met or exceeded my expectations. Oh sure you here about the ones that have had issues but you don't hear that often about the many many more that give good service. Why? Because their customers have nothing to complain about.

All big box stores have their good and bad but to say the majority of CW stores are shoddy is just being uninformed and actually slanderous.

But everything is true on the Internet where people can pound their keyboards in blind ranting.
