Sorry that you have lost your home and probably more. Your question is a very good one. I don't know what has changed with FEMA but during the BAD hurricanes in the 90's FEMA purchased thousands of travel trailers for use by people in the same situation as you. Many were returned slightly used to worn out. Some were not returned to FEMA. Have you checked with FEMA, or have they decided to just let homeowners like you live in the wild until you can rebuild your home?? Doesn't make sense to purchase something when FEMA may already have what you need.
