Ok don't you all agree these damn toilets in our class A's are too low & too small? Is there an after market toilet see to add on top of existing seat that is taller & slightly wider?

Dometic has a high profile toilet with elongated bowl.
We had them put in our previous coach.
(At least I THINK they were Dometics)

Our current coach has the macerator toilets and they are larger.

OR.........replace current toilet with a High Profile Model

Not really, mine came factory with a full-size elongated bowl.

I have the riser on mine (probably there from factory) and the large china bowl.
Don't see any issues.
