I wonder why August 3 & 4 are on that list? I can see why the other days are on the list, as they are Holidays. Is August 3 & 4 near some holiday that I am not aware of? I darn sure don't want to miss out on any holidays!

We rarely travel on weekends and never on holidays. If we want to be somewhere for a particular weekend or holiday we travel 2 or 3 days before and return 2 or 3 days after. Of course if you ain't retired that would be a little hard to do. Our last trip we made the mistake of leaving on Sunday and the gas stations were so jammed we lost a lot of travel time waitng in line.
