I am not shocked any more by the thoughtless few who own RVs, ca,campers or trailers or what ever has a black tank do at the dump station. Whether it be on at a free dump or a paid dump they always seem to don't care about dumping there black tank. And don't get me started on one camper who opened his gray tank to let it just water the lawn at a camp ground. But just letting the black tank just flow with no respect for others is shaming the people who are responsible. How many times have you read in the forums that they just brought the rig and don't know how to anything. There should be a mandatory training video that the dealer offers to educate the novice on the do's and don'ts of emptying your taanks. This is why many dump stations have closed. Just to many pigs at te trofff!

Maybe the "time outs" they gave this generation didn't make an impression.
