Town Pump/Fly J
Does Town Pumps in MT. accept the Flying J RV Plus card?
In process of planning a trip and use Pilot and Fly J as much as possible.

I haven't been to the east in Montana for a number of years , but no problem finding Pilot/F/J in the west . Did you check the web site for a truck stop locator?

The locator shows locations but when you look at the addresses it dosnt list them as Pilot or Flying J's but as Town Pump offering Fly J fuel. The RVPlus site says that there are locations where the card is not accepted. My question is do the Town Pump honor the RVPlus card?

OK, I understand, so even if my usual stop; where I use my card; was , a Town Pump with Flying J fuel, and I used my card there . ( Missoula, I-90 Exit 101 my only stop in MT ) it might not be true for the whole state.
Strange that they don't give a better listing.

Missoula was actually one in question. I went ahead and called in and paid my bill and ask them. They said Town Pumps will accept the card and start the truck pump.
Thanks!

Just finished 5000 miles and we paid an from 2.11 to 2.19 stopping at ConocoPhillips and other stations just before or after most cities. Fuel was consistently about .30 cheaper than Flying J.

My co driver takes over at fuel stops. She does not like gas stations and therefore neither do I! Enough said!

Pilot/Fj has a downloadable brochure that describes services at each location, maps etc. Including accepting the GS fuel discount card.
Looks like it hasn't been updated in awhile, though.

Been across Montana and back this month. All Town Pumps with pilot/FlyJ that I have used will accept the cards. The draw back is you have to go inside prior to pumping and the fuel is usually a little higher as Alan24601 stated.

Your saying the RVPlus card will not start the truck pumps?
I always go in after fueling to print off a receipt at the kiosk. So when you go in do you have to tell them how much you want? When I called in to pay my bill they told me it was accepted and would start the pump. Now I'm not talking about a rewards card, I know they have several different cards. The one I have has a connection through Good Sams.
I quit using Loves cause they made you prepay for a set amount of fuel. Never was able to fill up completely.
Thanks!

I'm also curious about this. I was planning my next leg from western ND through MT, and found a Town Pump station right where I will need to fill up. I've got the Flying J credit card, and am also wondering if that will let me pay at the pump, and if I'll be able to get the discount.
