TPMS that stays awake

I have looked through several TPMS threads but have not been able to figure this out.

Which TPMS systems let me see the pressures before I start driving? My TST system did, but it had other issues that made it unusable for me.

RVi Tire Patrol does this. I always turn it on about an hour before we get ready to drive to see if I need to add any air to any tires.

I use the tire minder system.you can reset it when you're first starting out so you can see the current pressures before hitting the road.unlike other systems where you have to drive a bit before you see the current pressures.
this way you can catch a low tire before starting out.

Our TST system seems to sleep - but I have been pretty successful with just walking around and knocking/tapping the sensors to wake them up. Once in awhile have to go back and tap harder to wake up a sensor.

I have the tireminder i10 and it goes to sleep, but per jeanluc001 it will scan from a cold start or there's a button command to force a scan. Ideally it would never go to sleep in the first place (if it's plugged in I don't see why) but it updates with all the current pressures in just a few minutes, and in typical use doing a standard preflight or other departure activities it's been ready before I am.

The Eez-tire system reads all tires within about 5-10 minutes of turning on the display. No issues in 5 years of full time use.

The TST 507 stays awake. It takes a few minutes after turning the display on for all tires to register but they all do. Don't know what problems you had but perhaps you could elaborate in case other systems behave similarly and you would not want them.

I think the "sleep" thing is for car tires so their batteries will last many years. My Chevy sensors apparently have an internal switch so the tires need to be spinning to register.

Some RV sensors have pressure switches so they'll go to sleep when taken off the tire. TST does that as does RVi Tire Patrol but the batteries for the RVi sensors are not user replaceable.

RVi says their batteries will last two years if you take the sensors off the tires or one year if you don't. Then you get to spend $16 per sensor to replace them. But they will let you make installment payments for the new sensors... https://rvibrake.com/products/tire-p...ry-replacement

Me, I just slip a new CR2032 in by myself every 18 months as precautionary.

You've been talking to my wife, it sounds like her routine when I watch Saturday football.
My TST 507 system stays on continually, and gets unhappy when the towed is not in the metal garage. It beeps continually until I open the 20'x14' door and it can see the towed.

Thanks for the experiences and the options. I'll compare these and see what makes the most sense for me.
