Trailer Life magazine?
How many out there subscribe? Wondering if it is worth it. I'm fairly new to this (just researching first TT purchase- but camped a lot as a child). Also looking at the print subscription vs the digital subscription. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

I subscribe to Trailer Life, printed edition. I do a quick read to see if there are things of interest to me, then file in my archive stack IF there's something I may need later.

I find it worth the low price( I subscribe to sister magazine Motorhome Life). Just remember it is generally a newsletter for Good Sam and Camping World so consider that when reading their equipment evaluation. I do find the Tech sections good, I also occasionally find something I had not considered buying before. The food articles are good and the monthly destination articles are interesting too. Bottom line for me, easy light reading, not very expensive.

We've had it for 6-8 years and enjoy reviews, travel stories and tech articles. I do take some of it with a grain of salt and have seen some bad info, but more good than bad. My impression is not all the writers have substantial RVing experience.
I read an tech letter response that said they were sure grease should be used with the Andersen Ultimate hitch when the manufacturer says not to. They were just taking a guess and admitted they had no experience with it.

I receive the printed Trailer Life and Motorhome and like them both. I think Trailer Life is better then Motorhome though.

We have been getting Trailer Life for years and I don't remember paying anything! Maybe it comes free with a Good Sam membership?

I've had the digital subscription since 2006 and download then save the PDF file to my computer & tablet – that way I have quick access to all volumes at home & on the road.

I have gotten it since I bought my trailer last August and I like it. About the only magazine focused on TT.

Are you still getting the magazine? We use to get it but for some reason no longer receive. We have been GS Life Member since early 1990's and I think that is when we were receiving it. I'll have to call them, maybe we got lost in the system. [emoji848]

We like it, save it for reading while we are on the road camping and also to read through the Winter.

Good point on archiving the digital version. They weren't specific on how it is delivered. I called them, and they said you had to download the Zinio app on your iPad (not a fan of Zinio at all), but then I looked on Zinio, and they don't list Trailer Life as one of their mags (nor does the Amazon Kindle store or iBooks). Do they just send you a PDF??
Thanks to all for the replies. Just figuring out print vs digital now...
