My wife and I will be traveling to the Maritimes in Sept. She likes to travel with 3-4 house plants. All were bought in the US. Are there restrictions on taking house plants into Canada and the back to the US?

We've been back and forth across the borders in the RV more times than we can count, and never asked about transporting plants, but I've seen it become an issue if you were travelling by plane....of course they'd see you were trying to take plants with air travel.

I think you'll find that you cannot transport any kind of soil across the border.
