Travel Trailer Carport / Any Ideas?

My wife and I some years back had a 14x24 rv carport installed in our backyard where we keep our travel trailer. The left side of our camper is protected and sheltered by our barn, but the right side faces west and the trailer takes a beating from the sun. We have exhausted almost every avenue in trying to find someone local here to our area that would be willing to complete the left side of the carport with tin. The span would roughly be 8ft. high by 24 feet long. I never thought that this would be such a dilemma. I have found a website that sells heavy duty vinyl tarps that I believe would work. I would just have to hang the tarp underneath the roll over and suspend it down to the concrete. Any ideas as to what you think might be the best approach to this problem? Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated.
