You might be interested in our recent experiences travelling in Mexico.

We are spending the winter about 60 miles south of Cancun at Paamul Quintana Roo.

Here's another Mexico RVing report I found both enlightening and humorous:
Mexico Caravan

It concerns a trip on the Copper Canyoon Train Ride caravan.

Anybody found good GPS mapping software covering Mexico, particularly Baja?

Be sure to check with your insurance agent to make sure that you have coverage in Mexico. Many (most) do not cover vehicles if taken into Mexico without either a special separate policy or an additional rider on your existing policy.

I just recently switched to Progressive Insurance. It covers Mexico travel with the exception of a liability policy which can be purchased in Mexico for somewhere in the neighborhood of $160.00 per year. My last trip to Puerto Penasco cost me $135.00 for 1 week of insurance and I only bought $50K worth! Keith
