I thought I would share this. I received an email from Kathy Doran at Safe-T-Plus today. I was very pleased that this seems to be a company that cares about their customers. Here is Kathy's response to my email:

Dear Mr. Coffey;

Thank you very much for your information and feedback. I am sorry you had such a bad experience with your Safe T Plus install.

How long are you going to be in Tucson? We are attending a RV show there February 19 - 22 and would be happy to install your Safe T Plus then if you are going to still be there. Please let me know. We will be attending and installing at several shows throughout 2018 so if Tucson does not work, let's see if another city might. Do you attend any FMCA rally's? Where do you head after Tucson?

Again, my apologies for this dealers lazy and unconcerned handling of one of our customers!!
