Triple Vision Camera not displaying rear camera

I have a 2020 Tiffin RED 37BA with the Triple Vison camera. When I put the rear camera on full screen, or I am in reverse (and the rear should show in full screen) I get a blue screen (and in reverse I can see the green tracking lines). However, if I put the screen in mutli view mode (for instance, both side cameras and rear camera on one screen) the rear works fine. The connections in the dash are all secure. I can have all three cameras on the screen at the same time, or a side-by-side of one of the side cameras and the rear camera and it works just fine. The only issue is the rear camera on full screen or in reverse. I am going to call Tiffin later today after playing with it all weekend. Any ideas?

STRANGEST thing. After the rear camera view, in full screen mode and when in reverse, it rectified itself (at least in full screen mode that I could tell for now, has been out for about 6 weeks) after a 40 mile drive. Will see tomorrow if when I put RV in reverse the camera works, fingers crossed.

Sounds like there are some gremlins in the head unit.

If it happens again, go for a replacement unit if you still have warrenty. It might not come back next time, and end up FUBAR.

Camera went out after driving about an hour (faded slowly till the blue screen took over). Called Tiffin technical assistance and diagnosed as bad monitor in the dash, cameras were all OK. He was going to transfer me to Parts but I wanted to try one last thing he mentioned. After that I sent an email to Bob Tiffin's assistant who forwarded my email to their new Customer Service Manager. She is sending me a new monitor no charge even though it is out of warranty (at an approximate cost of $400-500 per the tech who helped me). I may call Triple H Electronics in Red Bay and see if they will match Tiffin's "goodwill" and install it for free (the answer is No if I don't ask). I will be in Red Bay for some other work and will add this to my list. I have heard how good Tiffin takes care of their customers, I am happy I can attest to this first hand.

Got new monitor from Tiffin and installed it tonight. Everything works. Only 1 wire (since it was only the monitor and not any wiring or the cameras), 6 screws, and the camera popped out from the front. Took about 30 minutes (about 15 minutes to figure out how to get monitor out of dash, 15 minutes for the actual work). Thanks again to Tiffin for standing behind their product and taking care of me even though my RV was about 7 months beyond warranty.
