Tsd logistic fuel program vs good sams discount
Well here it goes! I have been a user of the TSD Logistic EFS fuel card for almost a year now and have enjoyed great fuel savings. I was informed today that our friends at GOOD SAMS club will be blocking us as RVers from using the EFS card issued by TSD Logistics at the end of the week at PILOT locatios. You would think Marcus Lemonis owner of Camping World and Good Sams would want to help the RV community in any way possible. I called his office at 866-232-8990 and spoke to a gentleman who listened to my concern and promised me that someone would get back with me. I also reached out to TSD Logistic to see who initiated the stop order and I am awaiting a reply. It is my understanding that about 16,000 RVers use the TSD Fuel program and I guarantee you the we all buy products when stop for fuel (drinks, snacks, etc..). So my question is was it Pilot or GOOD SAMS club who shut us (RVers) off? Is it Pilot who does not want our business or is it Good Sams blocking us (RVers)? Please feel free to call Marcus Lemonis office to help get this issue resolved. I also contacted Pilot Flying J Corporate office to express my concerns about being blocked from using their locations. 877-866-7378 The notice issued from TSD Logistigs says "Pilot is officially retracting their discount from our (TSD) program due to their relationship with Good Sams." Pilot said that the matter was being looked at by their legal department. All I know is I will be using LOVES Travel stops until the issue is resolved.
