Unsightly stickers.

Just wondering if I am the only one who thinks all the safety stickers they plaster on the walls of new RV are over the top. I promptly removed all of them from the walls and consigned them to the trash. I wonder how many folks here feel the same way about them. Lets here your thoughts.

Everyone doing business must CYA if they want to stay out of court. Spill hot coffee onto your yourself and sue because you were not warned the coffee was hot. A trespasser trips and falls crossing your yard, you get sued. Whatchagonnado?

Ray is right. I wish they would place a sticker as to where certain equipment is hidden under drawers and behind cabinet panels as well as they do the safety stuff.

I'm with you on the stickers.

I took them all off the first day I brought the rig home

We removed them also. However, instead of discarding them, we chose to stick them on sheets of notebook paper & filed them with the rest of the paperwork (manuals/warranties/user guides) that came with the motorhome. That way they can go to the new owners, someday, when we sell the coach.

You know, it only takes 1 person to have done it & a lawsuit filed for not being told ahead of time for a safety warning to be made. That's why "Caution, Hot" is plastered all over our MickeyD coffee cups!

Have you ever looked at how many stickers are on a step ladder? Mine had 21, all due to liability lawsuits from some one trying to make a quick buck!!

Me too, inside and out.
Now if they would just label all the wiring for us like I saw on an Alpine, that would be worthwhile.

I believe that about sums it up Ray. I removed them all from our coach also, including the EXIT stickers underneath the windows.

If you keep your rig for about 10 years, most (if not all of them) will flake, fade or fall off... all by themselves.
