Valterra is a great company to work with. I had to replace the Y pipe, where the stinky slinky attaches and the black and gray tanks drain into, because my original Y pipe had lost 2 of its four ears and the slinky would no longer seal; Yuck every time I dumped. The customer service lady I talked with was very considerate and knowledgeable and got me the right part, and talked me into replacing the blade valves too -- great call. Great products and great people.
