Variable battery voltage to 12v only to run Vera or ezlo security/zwave system

Is there a device that takes RV battery voltage and limits that voltage to 12 volts like a wall adapter when full time off grid?

I would like to set up a Vera Z-Wave controller so that I can monitor motion sensors, foor contacts, cameras, water sensors, freeze sensors, etc with my phone when I'm away from the RV and not plugged in.

Vera runs off of a 12 volt round plug and I have extra plugs that fit into the device like the 12 volt rope lights. I'm wondering if the variable voltage especially during a bulk 14 volt charge would ruin the device and if there is a way to regulate it.

This would be great for a 12 volt cabin situation as well.

Here's one solution. I purchased this one to stabilize voltage for LED accent lights.
