Vinyl Awning startting to weather

My awning has a couple of small areas that have started to show signs
weather deterioration, the rest of the awning still looks OK. any advice?

Deterioration as in the fabric backing is showing? Or a tear somewhere? Maybe a seam coming apart?

You can touch up a small area with either vinyl repair tape or a clear liquid vinyl cement. Both are usually available wherever glues and tapes are sold.

Otherwise, just wait til it gets bad enough and replace the fabric. It's a job many can do on their own.
