Look for "My DAT Trucker Services". Not only does it show all (or almost all) truck stops and diesel prices (not sure about reg gas) but also rest areas and walmarts. It will show the closest to you.
GREAT APP, THANKS
Chuck

First of all, if the wifi is not password protected then it is considered open. If Walmart has wifi, and you can use it, it must be unlock. If it is unlocked,
Then they know someone else is using it. I lock my home wifi with a password. Anyone who does not do so is foolish.
I do not think you could consider Walmart foolish. They welcome your use.

U.S Code might disagree with your assertion. Though I doubt most WM's/Starbucks ect. would go after an individual, I would not want to be the "test case." It is easy to get around this: Join the Starbucks club, go in with your 'puter, buy your beverage and have a seat while enjoying the Internet. And of course, your rig is STILL parked at WM.

Thanks for the tip. I just downloaded the app. It's free for I-Phone also.

Thanks as well for the tip. Haven't stayed at a Walmart yet but sure would have like to found one last trip to TX.

I will definitely use it for diesel prices.

Actually, WalMart's official Android app has a map with store locations. If you enable location services on your phone, then it is a breeze to see what's near or up ahead. If you select a pinned store from the map, it gives all sorts of options including navigation via Google Navigator, address and directions, call the store, whether there is a drugstore, gas station, store hours etc.

Well, my redneck kicked in, I immediately found that app and installed it on my phone . Now I have the walmart offical app and the MY Dat Trucker Services app to locate walmarts and overnight stops .

I'm not going to search 250 pages for Jim Belleville, but I have a feeling he doesn't shop or camp at WM.

I assume it's Boeing Guy and in his post on page 223 he say's he hasn't Wally docked in 4 weeks, I would assume he shops at WM.
