This was parked at my local Walmart this morning ,I don't think a campground fee would be an issue...
He was towing a Cadillac SVT on a trailer also

I should go back to the Walmart to see if the guy in the Prevost is having engine problems,why else would he be there?

That is too easy of an answer ,We need to wonder if there is underlying reasons for this behavior . was there an incident in his past involving a campground ? Was there a lawsuit involving a campground thus explaining the presence of the Prevost?

Simple answer: He spent all his money on the Provost. Same with the guy towing the SVT.

The guy in the Prevost never forgot his roots. He probably doesn't think he needs to impress anyone by staying in a campground.
