i don't understand why? At least 20% of the previous posts are just about the number of posts needed to get to 1000

We overnighted at a Walmart in Ennis, TX, last October while waiting to check in to the ADRL drag race world finals a couple of miles out of town the next morning. Campground alternatives were either full, or would not accommodate our rig. There were lots of truckers in this parking lot. About 5 am I went outside and counted 13 semis and 6 RVs. Wow. We were sandwiched between two semis with their engines running all night. It was an ear plug night.

Thanks Walmart.

Wow, I had no idea when I said this that I was throwing down the gauntlet!!!

I happen to find this thread entertaining and was rather surprised that there had been no posts to it for nearly three weeks. I think that might be a record, with this thread.... LOL!

So, now we've had 67 posts in three days. At this rate it will hit the legendary 1,000 by tomorrow or Tueday!

Went to our local Walmart today I think everybody is ready for spring here! Already had two class C's and one class A parking way out in the far corner of the lot! It was 12:30 and it looked like they were getting ready for a long winters nap!

I love winter and usually am not someone who can't wait until Spring, until this year. I am taking out the TT for the first time this year next month. About eight weeks earlier than normal.

Going down to a dog show in Albany for three days. Taking my youngest (4-legged kid) to his first dog show. He just turned six months last week and is now the 'legal' age to enter into shows.

Normally would stay at the fairgrounds but the Albany fairgrounds is right across the street from an RV park. Get to have full hookups instead of dry camping at the fairgrounds. Can't wait, already planning meals!

Feb in Oregon, not likely to be BBQing, like I normally do, but you never know. I REALLY love to BBQ!

So, since I am starting the season so early, I'm glad to hear that the Wal Marts have stocked or started to stock the RV section..... Bring on Spring!!!

Happy Trails to you and yours in 2011!!

Sheila
