The only reason this thread has continued to thrive, is all the disagreements. Thats a good thing, for us and the site. Let's keep disagreeing!

I have no intentions of ever camping at a Walmart*. I may park at a WM* overnight or for a quick nap, but I will never "Camp" there.

I have posted pictures of my popup erected. I have asked first 'is it ok to use my popup overnight?' and have always been told 'yes'.
If you want, I can repost my picture.

Wikipedia CAMPING Camping is an outdoor recreational activity. The participants (known as campers) leave urban areas, their home region, or civilization and enjoy nature while spending one or several nights outdoors, usually at a campsite. Camping may involve the use of a tent, caravan, motorhome, cabin, a primitive structure, or no shelter at all. In many parts of the world, camping refers exclusively to the use of tents or similar portable structures.
Wikipedia PARKING Parking is the act of stopping a vehicle and leaving it unoccupied. Parking on one or both sides of a road is often permitted, though sometimes with restrictions.
It's not really camping, and it's not parking because the vehicle is occupied. Maybe it should be called Walmarking? Walcamping?

Wallydocking is the most commonly used term for it.

So, anyone weathering the side effects of sandy at a walmart? I'm currently watching the wind around lake Michigan as I'm heading in that direction after I pick my truck up from the mechanic (rodents chewed through the vent hose for the gas tank).
