The few managers we spoke with don't worry about no parking signs. Walmart is forced to post, not there decision to post. Police see RV parking and don't want to get involved if no complants. My son in law works for Walmart and said managers main concearn is inside sales. Don't fix it if not broken.

Although the sign was there the WM manager said it was OK as the by-law stated that he should call the police and complain. He said he would never do that and that he didn't know of anyone having a problem while overnight parking there. Real nice guy in my opinion. I do believe there was only that one sign.

We just drove from South Dakota to Alaska and did not stay at a Walmart one. We used the truck stops and once in the Yukon we stayed at Gas stations that are very friendly to the RV and truckers.
The truckers were great, very nice. We hit a couple of RV parks just for the experience and found most of those to be great but a couple were just far too crowded and the people far too inconsiderate of their neighbors.
Just saying that there are good alternatives to Walmart if you wish to try something else.

Thank God that rig wouldn't get past the Florida Highway Patrol or the Florida DOT. That is an accident waiting to happen.

Since tandem towing isn't legal in Florida, my first thought was "Is that legal?" Which made me curious, so I did a Google search and to my surprise discovered that tandem towing is legal in 30 states. Not saying that this set-up is, because I seriously doubt that they have brakes on both of those "toads" as required, but I could be wrong.
Aesthetics aside - I'm sure the "tacky police" will be on me at some point - I'm with Ray, this does look an accident waiting to happen. And they're in Colorado! With all those twisty, hilly roads. I'd be afraid the third part would do like my son did when he was at the end of a 12 person snow-tubing chain. About half way down the run, he began passing those ahead of him dragging the them along, one by one. For awhile we were a big U before we decided to let go in the middle and divide into 2 shorter chains.

I believe this was everything in the world these people owned. A young man was sitting in a folding chair underneath that tree to the left in the parking lot, and I believe he was selling some sort of "service".
Actually it breaks my heart to see this in the USA, well, actually it breaks my heart to see it anywhere in the world.
Whenever I am tempted to feel sorry for myself, or bemoan my circumstances, I feel I have to give a prayer of thanks for how blessed I am.

Amen, mythplaced. My mom used to say, "There but for the grace of God."
I need that reminder now and again.
