I had a Prius and around the 4 year mark started having battery problems. I went to my car and it was dead as a doornail, tried to jumpstart it and had no luck. Had to pay to have it flatbed towed to the local dealer who said nothing was wrong with it, I must have left a light on or a door ajar, said they just gave it a jump and it ran, then sent me on my way. I have never left lights on or doors ajar, but I figured there was a first time for everything.
After it happened two more times I said to myself this is BS, I know I am not leaving lights on or doors ajar, when it dies and I try to jump it at home it never works, this sucker is starting to have battery issues and Toyota is not feting up. I left the Toyota dealership, drove to Ford and bought a Fusion Hybrid and have been extremely happy with it. It feels like a higher quality, sturdier car, not so "tinny" as my husband calls it. It is more comfortable, the SYNC command center is great, the GPS is much better, smoother ride, I could go on and on. Best of all, I can tow it four down if I wanted.
