Warranty and Roadside Assistance
I bought a 4 year Warranty and Roadside Assistance Policy administered by Phoenix American Warranty Co when I bought my used RV in June.
$100 deductible Diamond Coverage for covered parts with the Deluxe/Hi-Tech Component Coverage Option. It appears to cover just about everything but consumables.
The 24/7 Roadside Assistance is by Road America. The salesman said they were the best out there. Has any problems with these companies?

Thanks for the link. With all the grammatical and spelling errors, I don't put too much faith in either the composer's or poster's claims or comments.
I have found over the years, that you will always find someone that doesn't like something, always. Read any review on any product and there will always be one out of 100 that complains, always.
After re-reading the contract, I'm still confused. I don't speak "legalize" and will have to find someone that does to fully understand it. There appear to be conflicting terms. I don't trust the stealer to explain it as I have found parts that either I misunderstood or he mis-lead me.
Again, thanks for the link.

And that fact right there is the reason a lot of claims get turned down. These companies ARE in business to make money and will turn down claims when ever possible. Armed with the policy you have purchased, I'd start scouting out repair facilities that are familiar with your companies policies and find out if they have been successful in dealing with them. Using the correct wording can sometimes mean the difference of a positive outcome and a huge disappointment. While on the road...who knows if your chosen repair shop knows how to navigate the red tape?
I personally, am self insured. I do all my own maintenance(if within my realm), use the best fluids/lubricants and usually preform these tasks at shorter intervals than is recommended. Ya pays yer money and ya takes yer chances. Bob

If in town, I will take it to Sun City RV, the place I bought my Breeze, and the place that sold me the contract. That way, if there is a problem with the repair, I'll know who's neck to ring and where his office is. When I get back in town, I'm going to have him explain the parts I don't understand.
Then... There is 12 News On Your Side and the other TV stations eager to help.

Agree with your assesment of gramatical, and spelling gafs, these can be very useful in deciding whether or not to place trust in a poster's comments.
Must say, I think it very insightful that you say "you don't trust the stealer to explaing it"!
Good shot!! LOL

I tried, and lost count of the number of people and the number of errors on the part of all people involved.
The complainant said he gave them his CC #, but the warranty company said he didn't pay the stealer. My stealer was a part of the contract. It even says he got paid for it. How is that not a party to the contract?
And, thanks, I have been told by several people that I was very "insightful" about a lot of things. It comes from paying attention and asking questions.
