I'm hearing a lot of people say don't use them but haven't heard ANYONE say they used them and there was an issue! Like I said, we've been using them for years, we've NEVER had an issue. As a matter of fact, we find the Whirlpool does as good if not better of a job than our large Samsung at home.

I also use pods in the coach's drawer dish washer. Same thing, no issues and the dishes come out spotless.
