Driven through it a couple of times. It is beautiful and easy enough to get to off I4.

They are still expanding it but have plenty of space open right now. Not for the budget minded rver for sure.

If you are into Wake boarding this is the place to go. A walk next door and you can ski all day. The food at the wake boarding place is outstanding.

The place is kid friendly with pools and activities.

Call me cheap but I am not paying that much for an overnight stay, and I have to furnish the living quarters.

I’ve stayed at the margaritaville Lanier Islands several times. Yes it not like paying for a COE park price which doesn’t offer SEWAGE, cable, concrete pad, liquor cart that drives around. Disney is not cheap, KOA Nashville is not cheap, Ocean Lakes beach front in summer is not cheap…….

The sterile sardine atmosphere is a bigger deterrent for me than price. It is just what we try to avoid when scouting on Google Maps.

I can assure you the spaces are spacious. Plenty of room for the largest rigs and toads.

You will not be awning to awning for sure.

They are just finishing the one near Gatlinburg TN, I hear them advertising for workers on the radio every day. No doubt this will be a hopping place.

I'm glad anytime I see new RV parks open. If the price seems too high but they are easily getting it good for them. If it's too high & they starve it's likely to come down. The market has a way of balancing pricing for everything.

We just finished a week-long stay here. Not cheap, but very spacious sites and really nice amenities. There’s a tiki bar, huge pool, covered outdoor area with large flat screens playing sports and Jimmy Buffett concerts, large fire pits, live music, and nice areas for the kids to play in. Super clean and quiet at night too. A little expensive for sure, but it’s definitely not ‘basic.’ I would stay there again when I have more time to enjoy the amenities (we attended the Tampa RV show that week).

Ugh! Sorry to be a party pooper, but I can't think of a place I'd rather NOT stay. My ex was a parrothead, and if I never hear another JB song it'll be too soon!

The article says $70/night. I just checked the website and the cheapest RV site is $96/night.

When I picked up literature there a few months back I don't recall any rates being much less than a Franklin.
