Water filter issue?
This maybe Random. However my DW has been having issue with itching after showering in our 2019 Tiffin Phaeton. Not sure if this is problem but I have not seen anything myself that she has had or experienced.
Has anyone experienced this issue, and if so your solution? Thanks Ted

City water or from your fresh tank ?
Is this the first time she's showered in the coach ?
Are you in a site for the first time ?
The reaction could be from anything ; I know I have them ; high chlorine levels in the city water supply , different laundry detergent used on the towel . Towel hung to dry after last use and developed some mold . Different wine with supper .
Any number of things could cause a reaction, you'll have to start taking notes on all activities , foods , clothing . If the issues continue , allergy testing is in order .

Replace the water filter and see what happens!

Your RV water supply (city or wherever the tank was last filled) may have any of a large variety of minerals her skin may be sensitive too. Or maybe she began to use a new soap or shampoo? Not necessarily just in the last few weeks either - sometimes it takes awhile to build up a reaction.
Most common water filters won't have any effect of minerals suspended in the water - they are too fine and pass right through. A water softener or reverse osmosis system would be needed for that. Some filters are fine enough to take at least the larger particles out, but those often severely restrict water volume.

My first response would be to set off some flea bombs in the RV and kill any critters inside. Lots of insect bites can trigger an allergic reaction. Second most common cause is a food allergy that tends to manifest on the skin with a rash or itching. I would have her take an antihistamine daily for a week and also go to a simpler diet and see what happens.

I'm not seeing what this has to do with a water filter.
My first thought on reading was soap. Is it different than what you use at home? If not, then the second thought it water. It would be too bad, but it may be you have to carry more water around with you than what would be optimal. And you'd probably have to use the water pump as opposed to city water whenever using hot water. It would be very problematic.

I tend to believe hard water is the problem. Some places the water is much worse than others. I have a water softener and never fill the tank or hook up to city water without it. Also uses less soap and fewer water spots or calcium build up on things.
