I have a 2018 HR Endeavor with OEM Dometic awnings. The main awning will not go out or in. If I get to the wind sensor controller box, I can switch the main awning connector with the door awning connector. This works. REV is telling me I need a new controller, OEM P/N
3311917.029.

This is everything, controller, wind sensor, remote, etc.. About $400. Does anyone know if just the controller box is available?

I'm somewhat confused can you swap controllers now to test now and that works. How much have you troubleshooted the issue. Is there a way to jump power to motor to make sure is good. Is it 12v or 120v . Carefree 12v awnings usually have way to jump 12v right to motor to get you moving.
If your looking for older cheaper controller that may be discontinued check Ebay google it . Many times items are more direct from factory as well REV is up selling you to next level.
Check your books see if awning book is in there with model possibly parts list.

There is only one controller box. It looks like the aftermarket kit from the Ebay supplier. On the top of this unit are 7 electrical connectors. When I swap the patio connector into the door wire connector, the patio awning works. This proves that the motor, the switch, the remote and all wiring to the patio awning works. Yesterday I took the controller box apart. There is a fuse in there. I checked it with a continuity meter and it is intact. I am still waiting to here back from Dometic. If I don't. I'll just end up buying that Ebay unit Thank you for the rapid response.

I imagine there are relays soldered to board the run motor each way . I you can use a meter to test if coil if energized by board and if contacts are made. Relays are bad you may be able to replace if in your wheel house. One bad relay may take both directions out. If coils are not being energized probably out of luck.
