Went and bought a diesel
Started looking at diesel trucks a while ago, big mistake
Tomorrow I bring home a 2013 Ford F350 Lariat 4X4 CCSB 6.7L with 76k on it. Traded in my F250 gas.
DW doesn't know I've been looking at FW's yet. Maybe one will show up in our driveway soon.
Well, not at least for a few years. But when I do, I have the truck for it.
Pics to follow

Enjoy your new truck.....we love ours. Tows our fifth wheel with no issues.
Diesels require more care in maintenance and oil changes. Now you can increase your search for bigger and better trailers.
Remember: diesel pump handle is green, DEF goes in blue cap tank

Find a place just inside the drivers door to keep a small bottle of baby powder. Took me decades of driving diesels before I learned but I did. If you have the powder handy you are much less likely to get fuel on your clothes or shoes. And if you do just sprinkle the powder on, let it absorb the oil, and brush off. Much easier than getting the stink out of a nice truck.

Nice truck Medic ! I went back and forth between a gas and diesel 3/4 ton. But since I have driven a big truck off and on for 39 yrs, (last 30 steady) it was really a no brainer for me.... When I hook up our 5vr, it is fantastic !!!! No more 'work truck stuff' like mashing the pedal to the floor saying "Come On " !!!! This one never breaks a sweat... You're going to love it !!!! And 2.5 years of short trips to work and back,,, (knock on wood) no problems..... Monkey
