As several posters have mentioned, I too would check out a higher end unit that is a few years old. That way you get a higher quality coach with more amenities, don't take the big depreciation hit, and the previous owner will have all the bugs worked out (hopefully). That's what we did, bought a 14 American Eagle (build date Nov 13) in June 2015.

If looking at higher end coaches, don't rule out American Coach.

We bought a "gently used" 10 year old Newmar Dutch Star with 30K miles. Looks and drives like a new one, it just cost $200 grand less than a new one. Go used and forget the financing!!!
