This should be intuitatively obvious to the casual observer . These are poles with snap hooks, used primarly to snap hook things. This is my extraction of course and should not be used to make future decisions involving said items. I would place them on e-bay and see if anyone wants them and then ask them what the heck they are going to do with them.
