Listening to your questions/concerns, prompt, truthful follow up in a language you can understand, and the feeling you have not been abused (respect). This should go both ways.

Its not About Patience... Its about Timing

As we stated earlier, were on the west coast, currently more than 1800 plus miles away, and can not just drive over and take delivery. We emphatically made this point when we placed the order. The information is out there, if someone will take the time to extract it. If necessary we will just let it set till WE get around to it. We have a perfectly good truck now. Its the dealer who will be out 70 plus K for awhile.

Unrealistic expectations yield unrealistic results.

Mushroom Management

We are not particularly happy with the way this is evolving. The only time we are updated is when we attempt to make a change. Last week (Monday) were were in the "build process". Since the order was still being "processed" we decided to drop the TPMS/Camera package and called the dealer to do so. Low and behold, suddenly they have a VIN and delivery date, supposedly less than 3 weeks away. Where did this all come from so suddenly? We definitely feel like mushrooms, the only time we see the "light" is when someone opens a door to toss in more "#$%@". A defiant break down of good communications
