It definitely is my Voyager Wireless Camera on the back of my Cedar Creek 36CKTS. At 70 miles per hour the manufacturer's welds broke on this trailer tongue.
It was there before the overpass but not after. Without my Voyager Camera I would've never known.
Witness told me the front laid down and it stayed in the right lane and rolled to a stop. Inside was a brand new eu6500 watt Honda Generator . After getting it back to the shop I found the trailer manufacturer butt welded tongue together in two places with no gussets or overlap. I have since put 1/4" plate steel over those welds.
Luckily there was no other damage other than the tongue.

For me it was the wireless rear view camera system I got for my trailer. Less than $500 and less than the Voyager camera system mentioned above. It uses my iPhone for the rear view display.
It is shown here: Wireless Rear View Camera - Rv Rearview Camera Systems

Thanks to all who recommended the TST tpms tire system. I didn't realize there was such a thing but come spring, I will definitely order these. the only thing I am concerned about is the size of the sensors. I don't know if I can put them on all my wheels. Do you have to put extensions on to get to the rear inside wheels?
