For me, everyone's favorite - the toilet. On my Thetford foot model, the ball valve is stuck open. In researching fixes, it sounds like there may be some calcium or other buildup on the ball valve (makes sense, lots of hard water) so once I get back to trying to fix it, I'll post what I did.

Add this on your list of annual fun things to do.
Don your latex gloves and run your finger around the lip of the rubber seal that seals the toilet ball to clean any debris like TP etc that gets trapped in the seal. With your foot on the pedal to hold the ball open of course. Water running is also good.
Then, shut the water off, put a little dab of O Ring Lubricant on that finger and work the lube all the way around the seal. Vasoline will also work but O Ring Lube is the best.
My favourite maintenance task.
