A new radiator fan clutch assembly. Ugh!!! $2600. But at least now the engine is not overheating.

What motor? Mine stuck in float mode and I took it to Freightliner.. prolly not the best idea as their truck mech's truly do not like Freightliner Chassis motorhomes in their shops!
Completely different animal!
So back to the topic, I have good flow now, "makin' ice cubes" no overheating at all. But fan seems engaged at all times and fuel mileage seemed to go down almost 2mpg... could be my imagination!

Made 4 pads for the auto-levelers from 2x4s cut to about 8"x8" square, tied together with mending plates, cheap carpeting on one side for the leveling feet to rest upon, and surrounded with salvaged polyester straps from an old tie-down. The straps are used to place or retrieve the pads with a pole-hook so I don't have to crawl underneath.

Awesome ideas! That looks like a modified paint roller handle. Love it!
It could also double as a snake hook for those times when you need to move those big Texas rattlers out the way

Thanks. Sinking feet in mud, crawling with shorts on gravel or mud, deep spot maxing the stroke of the one leveler... it just made sense and only took about an hour and one trip to HD for the mending plates and one 8' 2x4. The rest I had on hand.
The pole you can pick up for about $15 at WalMart. The cool part is you twist it and it extends by itself by about a couple feet. Twist it the opposite direction and it retracts. Placing and grabbing the blocks are a cinch now.
..and those rattlers? Let's just say I'm not going to use the hook. lol..

I added a bit more light to the rear of the Toy Hauler....
The OEM lights are the lower ones, and my added lights are the vertical ones on each side.
Taillights only....
Brakes applied.....

Four months into this trip and this stove top is absolutely great! And for me, the best part is I haven't had to fill my propane tank yet as a lot of the cooking is using the campground electricity now!

Forget to tell you about the heated toilet seat I purchased for the Bus! https://amzn.to/2WvVu3i It got quite a bit of use early on during this trip, but once we hit the Gulf Coast near Brownsville TX we turned it off. No need for heat when the A/C's have been running non stop for the last 3 months as we traveled from there to New Orleans then up the Mississippi River. I am assuming that in a few weeks when you start getting toward the higher latitudes the further north we get I will get plugged in again! -Bill

Last thing we bought was EVERYTHING! Our brand new coach was stolen in May and we have a replacement with a deposit down and have begun the tedious task of repurchasing every last thing that we had built up over the last decade or so across 3 RVs.

Some metal floor vents from Home Depot. The "correct" plastic replacement I bought last year dropped the center vane after being distorted by furnace heat.

I hate plastic floor vents. For that matter, I hate floor vents. I always end up with dog food down them from messy eaters.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I can't imagine how heartbreaking and frustrating this must be.
