New Valterra Waste Valves. Installed today ... old black valve was seeping. When I removed both valves I found 1 seal on the 3 inch (black tank) installed backwards. Blade had been catching the lip and finally tore the seal. All better now !!

 I bought a 30 Amp. one and had it hard wire inside my compartment at Camping World. 
Just a thought.

A 100 foot 12/3 rubber extension cord @ Costco Oshawa On. I think this is a new product, $39.99 best price I've seen. With a light in the ends too!
