"A Women's Perspective" is a long unseen and overdue addition to iRv2. This site is truely for all of us. I only wish that the Ladies would start using their own names (some do, I know). Even if you sign in using you husbands login, at least add your own name to the end of your posts. I just think it would be nice. Power to the Ladies! This particular board for women has actually perked up my wifes ears. I have not, until now, been able to get her into participating in iRV2. Now she wants to know what the ladies are saying! Thanks ps my wifes name is Jan.

Trust me Carl, my wife has no problem telling you who she is!! Good idea though, I have posted at another site under her name and did sign it with my own. It was a good thing because she might have thought that some one had got it all wrong e-mailing her for advice on a diesel engine!! Hope you are having a great time, can't wait till we can go again!!!!!

Oh man, this is bad. Now my husband and I are replying to the same post. We should probably just walk into the same room to talk, but....
We've got all kinds of places where we post under the same name. It does get confusing. I think he was offended the first time I insisted he sign his own name to a post under my screen name, but he saw the light quickly.
Most bulletin boards won't let you have two screen names under one e-mail address, so we generally share. You can find us under "Digit" some places and "K" in others.

I could never figure out how on earth my husband could sit for hours on end replying to questions about RVing.
Now I totally understand (and kinda enjoy) how this can be addictive. I've just started replying to topics and I love to read the other reponses.
I will be a regular from now on!!!

I like the name idea for "us girls" becuase we just may run into each other down the road! My user signature "Antiquing and Camping" is because I am an antique dealer and collector who also loves to travel and camp! Even Hubby takes note when he says maybe just travel and not camp and I harp in and say "no way!". Who would enjoy being stuck in a hotel room?!! So when I post on the women's forum I will try and remember to use my name. Counting til we have the 5er and can be on the road again!!

This is the first time I have seen this section of the forum. I am still fairly new and have only posted once before. Live in Ruston, LA. Doesn't seem to be many people in the group from Louisiana. Hope to meet everyone at the June Rally in TX.

I discovered another rving forum before this one and used just my first name and last initial.THEN my husband got involved and started posting "guy type" questions,I kept asking him to sign his name to his post, but hardly ever did. So then I changed my user name to include his first name.So I learned my lesson and use both our names on here, but still ask him to sign his name, and I do the same.

My husband (David) doesn't post at all. He doesn't even know how to turn on the computer. I do all the computer stuff and most user names are either both our names ("David & Lorna") or just mine. The only place that is just under David's name is on MAK's Bus conversion board. I always sign my name but many folks will reply to me in David's name.

Hi... I'm Judy and my husband doesn't use the forums.
We just bought our Sunflyer and will take delivery next week, then drive it from San Diego to Phoenix.. ... we can hardly wait.
These forums have given us some great info.
I'm sure I'll be posting plenty of questions soon.
