JohnRR- nope, can't see it.
I will add this- when I post something or reply to a post, I can see my own location for a short period of time. Then it disappears and I cannot see my location on my own post either. I've noticed this for some time but never was motivated enough to inquire about it.
2nd edit- when I wrote the first response to this post, I could see my location under the campfires. Now I only see the join date and number of posts- no location.

Hate to say it but I can see yours as well, maybe it has something to do with individual computer settings? It's way past my ability to answer

I think it more has to do with user permissions, given that all the people commenting that they can see it regularly are moderators or administrators.
